They’ll feel more secure in their decision and may even be willing to offer more or move quicker in their purchase decision.
Usually agents get the interested buyer to purchase and organise their own LIM and Builder Inspection, by providing this upfront it shows transparency in the property and this will reassure a potential buyer.
If a Builder Inspection flags a potential issue that you would remedy before the sale then the Builder Inspection Report can be amended for a small fee before going to market.
